Seller reserves the right to update terms in this policy from time to time so please revisit to stay up to date.

Shipping Information:

Orders over $250 receive FREE shipping

Orders under $250 flat rate shipping cost of $10.00

All orders received by Noon (12:00 PM AEST) Monday - Friday ship within 48 hours of receipt, where stock is available.

Every order is shipped by Australia Post, package usually arrives in 2 - 3 business days. (May take longer during Covid-19 lockdown).

We are closed SUNDAY & MONDAY and all major Australian public holidays.

Expect shipping to be delayed if the order is placed after 12:00 PM Noon AEST on Friday, or if order is placed on Sunday or Monday, or during a public holiday.

BUYER MUST COMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION ACCURATELY.

The shipping label is AUTOMATICALLY generated from the information the Buyer provides in the shipping fields at checkout. If this information has been typed incorrectly or inaccurately, the Buyer agrees Seller is not liable for any related shipping errors.

Every order has an Australia Post tracking number that is emailed to the Buyer WHEN ORDER IS SHIPPED. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to confirm arrival of this email and for tracking the package through Australia Post website (auspost.com.au).

If you do not see this email in your INBOX, please check your junk or spam folder.

If the shipping confirmation email fails to arrive due to a technology issue beyond Seller's control, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to email angelwingsbeauty@live.com and request this information.

Once Australia Post takes possession of the package, delays are beyond Seller's control regarding Australia Post performance.

Seller has performed due diligence in providing tracking information, so the Buyer can plan for the arrival of the package. If the Buyer’s location is a high-risk location for theft OR no one will be available to receive it, please ship package to a work location or where it can be safely received.

If the package is stolen or missing after Australia Post confirms date, time, and location of delivery on their website (auspost.com.au), the Buyer is not eligible for a refund or re-shipping.

If your order does not arrive (Australia Post tracking information confirms the same), the Buyer will need to raise a missing parcel request with Australia Post.

Seller does not have access to any additional tracking information than what is provided on Australia Post tracking website at auspost.com.au . Please contact your LOCAL POST OFFICE for assistance to perform package location or contact auspost directly via their website.

We ship only within Australia. No international shipping is available currently.
