1. Your body measurements are taken
2. A gel & a cream is applied to your body from stomach down to your ankles & also the upper arms 
3. You are placed into a large plastic bag from under the breast down to your feet, and all the air in the bag is removed so the bag is vacuum packed.
4. You then lie and relax for 45mins – allowing the gel & cream to do the work.
5. After 45mins you are massaged for 15 mins
6. Then, after measurements are taken.
