HOP+ Volume Boost Spicule Face Program is a two-phase facial treatment system that combines controlled micro-spicule stimulation with a PDRN-infused hydrogel recovery mask to visibly improve firmness, elasticity, and dermal density over time. 

Unlike single-step spicule creams that focus on surface stimulation alone, this program pairs activation with recovery in a protocol originally created for professional treatment rooms and now adapted for at-home use. 

Each kit includes five complete treatments: 

• 5 x 3ml syringes of Volume Boost Spicule Cream 
• 5 x Volumizing Hydrogel Masks with PDRN

Hydrolyzed sponge spicules form temporary superficial micro-channels in the skin, helping support fibroblast activity and improve delivery of actives such as Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) and PDRN beyond the surface layer.

Poly-L-Lactic Acid, known in aesthetic medicine for supporting collagen induction, works with Sodium DNA (PDRN), a polydeoxyribonucleotide compound studied for tissue-repair signalling, to help promote firmness, resilience, and structural support during and after activation.

A targeted blend of sh-Oligopeptide-1, sh-Oligopeptide-2, sh-Polypeptide-1, and sh-Polypeptide-22 helps support cellular communication linked to epidermal renewal, matrix organization, and visibly improved elasticity.

The Phase II hydrogel mask uses a Chondrus Crispus-based matrix to create a controlled occlusive environment that helps boost stratum corneum hydration, improve active diffusion, and extend the delivery of niacinamide, adenosine, and PDRN throughout the recovery window. 

Niacinamide helps reduce transepidermal water loss and strengthen the skin barrier, while Centella Asiatica extract and madecassoside help calm and stabilize skin after stimulation. Panthenol, turmeric, neem, and holy basil provide additional antioxidant and recovery support. 

Ideal for skin showing visible loss of firmness, bounce, or density, this two-phase program helps target thinning, laxity, and reduced plumpness more deeply than standalone serums or creams.

Best suited for those seeking a professional-grade collagen-support treatment at home without injections, especially if you already use active anti-aging skincare and want to intensify results.

Not recommended for sensitive skin. Tingling or prickling during and after use is normal due to controlled spicule micro-stimulation.

For best results, use the full 3ml syringe for each treatment. If the amount feels too generous to apply at once, layer it in two steps: massage in the first layer, then apply the remaining product as a second layer. 

This helps the skin absorb the formula more comfortably while still delivering the full intended dose of spicules and actives.

Prep: Cleanse thoroughly, then tone to create a clean, balanced surface for treatment.

Apply: Dispense the full 3ml Volume Boost Spicule Cream syringe evenly across the face, avoiding the neck. Using your fingertips, gently press and glide outward while massaging continuously for 7 to 12 minutes. Tingling or prickling is normal and expected.

Mask: Apply the Volumizing Hydrogel Mask with PDRN directly over the treated area and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. For extra soothing, refrigerate the mask before use.

Finish: Remove the mask and gently pat in any remaining essence. If needed, continue with a light outward massage. Apply broad-spectrum SPF when treating during the day. 

For 72 hours after treatment, avoid exfoliation, acids, retinoids, scrubs, and rubbing the treated area.
